This article takes a look at the most common problems with these types of gun as well as explaining how to fix them.

Common faults among the paslode guns include issues with the battery and fuel cell. Check these to make sure they are in full working order. Sometimes a simple clean of all the parts is enough to get it working again. On other occasions the problem could be something to do with the piston failing, or the O ring needs replacing. The trouble with more difficult problems like this is there is no real repair kit currently available by paslode (although some other repair options are springing up on eBay), so you may have to get a professional to fix it. There are also many different makes and models – all requiring different size fixtures.

If the problem persists and you can’t find anyway of fixing it, then you may want to take it to a registered specialist who will be able to take a look at it for you.
